The long-anticipated Adventure Game crowd-funded as Homestuck Adventure Game, is finally here. Homestuck is an illustrated, semi-animated story on the internet. It is not a comic that just happens to be hosted on the internet - it was specifically designed to exist there, to explore the potential of the medium, and evolve through reader participation. In this game based on it, play as plucky teen Joey Claire, Extraordinaire, solving puzzles, fighting monsters (who are also puzzles), and trying to keep your kid brother from burning everything down. Not that the house couldn't do with a little redecorating...make your way to the ATTIC, where you'll be safe, and your adventure will definitely be OVER and not JUST BEGINNING. You will absolutely NOT be yanked away to another world where you will make weird friends, alluring frenemies, and dance like your life depends on it. ACT 1 (Sep 14) is the first of a four-part adventure that will explore rich 2-D environments filled with gorgeous hand-drawn animation. Engage with deadly monsters in dance-based combat. Act 2 (Nov 25/2020) Joey Claire is stranded on a planet of alien teenagers, armed with her best dancin' shoes and a sylladex full of pogs. It’s up to her to survive on the dangerous planet of Alternia and get home with the help of her new friend Xefros, a novice at telekinesis and a fairly decent rapper. The journey ahead requires social skills, puzzle-solving and creative exploration of this richly-imagined planet. Joey and Xefros's adventure blows up with higher stakes than ever. Can you point, click, talk and solve your way to the end? Alternia suffers under the extremely stylish heel of the heiress, Trizza Tethis, and you're on the run from her trail of destruction on the back of a graceful deercat.
