Built in the classic Sierra adventure game style, enter a battle of wits with the command line parser in this hilarious re-imagining of the Lord of the Rings story. You are Frobo Baddins, abused charity case and alleged village idiot with a simple view of the world. A world that somehow you are going to manage to save... or die trying... again... and again... and again. Let's face it, that is the way it goes in these classic adventure stories. Fortunately for the little guy, the fates gave him an undo button (sort of like that one movie with the aliens and/or groundhog). If you enjoyed the CLASSIC King's Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest, and / or Leisure Suit Larry games, you are guaranteed to love this experience. If you AREN'T into things like comedy or other key aspects of this game like the visceral command-line and the state-of-the art graphics [circa 1985] then please move along - there's nothing for you here. |
