Supporters of the Flashback games will surely be pleased because C28 is a game exactly of this type. The story starts somewhere in the year 2018, when our planet was attacked by a really nasty extraterrestrial civilization, which, after exterminatimg most people, changes the rest of the prisoners to cyborg workers. One such robot was redesigned. But what has happened? Something in your electronic circuits is broken and there is a short flashback in which you're aware of what's actually going on. After this brain shock, you try a dramatic escape and journey, whose objective is the destruction of the orbital base. The path to the base, however, is not so simple. Before you get there, you have to go through eight zones full of heavily armed soldiers, sophisticated traps and logical problems. Running in multiple 2D planes stacked over each other, shoot everything that moves. You collect the keys, access cards, special weapons, ammunition and other items that are needed to bridge some of the problem areas. Joining action and adventure tends to have the most success, and it is no different here. | ||
