This is a commercial game and sequel to the highly-popular free game Slender: The Eight Pages. Once again, you are wandering a forest at night, however you will witness things from the point of view of a camera, as was intended in the original Slender. The game features more levels, improved visuals and an engaging storyline. Also, this time, the flashlight will be able to run out, leaving the player stranded in darkness. Maps are more intricately and professionally-detailed, and have randomizer coding for player starting points and landmark placement. The Slender Man will not be the only enemy trying to hunt you down in the game. When you collect more pages, the Slender Man will become more aggressive or even try to trap you. He's very fast and can also teleport instantly in front of the player. On Oct 18/2023, a free Steam 10 Year Anniversary Update was released with a complete visual overhaul utilizing the latest and greatest technologies and Unreal Engine 5.2 plus multilanguages. | ||
