This is an episodic graphic adventure based on Bill Willingham's Fables comic book series. There will be five episodes. Episode 1: Faith (Oct) The game's protagonist is Bigby Wolf. It features a choice-based system where gamers decide if he should give in to the wolf side, or whether he should try to get along and keep everybody safe. He will try to keep fairy tale characters, such as the Three Little Pigs and Mr. Toad from being detected by the 'mundies'; non-fairy tale people. Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors (Feb 4/2014) A familiar face that Fables fans will definitely recognize returns – Jack! You know, the dude who climbed the beanstalk? Killed a giant? That Jack. Well, he’s back and chances are he’s going to be just as sleazy as you remember from the comics. You'll be visiting the seedy underground nightclub, the Pudding & Pie. Episode 3: A Crooked Mile (Apr 8) After discovering damning evidence at a bloody crime scene, Bigby is just steps behind the prime suspect of a horrific murder, but he's not the only one; other forces in Fabletown will stop at nothing to protect their interests. Every decision matters and time is ticking. Episode 4: In Sheep's Clothing (May 27) Has the Wolf met his match? Beaten and bloody, Bigby is confronted by the realization that a society built on secrets is ripe for exploitation. And that the disenfranchised of Fabletown may see his prey not as the cause of their problems, but as their solution. Constantly caught between ‘the rules’ and doing the right thing, Bigby must tread a path fraught with danger. Episode 5: Cry Wolf (July 8) Following a bloody trail of murder and corruption, Bigby Wolf confronts a powerful enemy: a dark force that has been feeding on the desperation of Fabletown’s seedy underbelly. But when hidden truths are revealed, you must decide exactly what justice means in the gripping season finale. | ||
