BTW have you tried clicking on the "Share" toggle button after finishing uploads on Yandex Disk (and/or are also present on the Shared Access folder)? I did that, and every single upload of mine (from 2015 all the way to this June) need no account to download the files, while yours do - can you check on your uploads and see if sharing is clearly enabled (either with said button or folder presence)

These aren't my uploads. I don't have a Yandex account. Since the download button on the related page is in Russian and maybe people don't understand, so I gave the direct download page.

My upload speed is very slow. The price of low-quality products in Turkey is even higher and I cannot pay for high-speed internet.

Hence I am not uploading except for very small files. But probably Scaryfun can fulfill your request.
