Here you go a special version of Doxbox made for Rocket Science FMV Engine , (by this i mean it you don't need to change the Cycles)
as of now it is set to Run "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs: The Second Cataclysm" [With this you can FINALLY play LoadStar and Wing Nuts]
Decompress it ,and just run DosBox.exe with CD 1 of Cadillac in Drive

for more info Go to dosbox.conf :
MOUNT D j:\ -t cdrom -USECD 1 -ioctl {change the J:\ to your CD\DVD\Virtual Drive}
D:\Cadillac.exe {Change to the Exe from Rocket Science FMV engine you want to play Wing Nuts or LoadStar or Cadillac }

seeing that all Rocket games use the same FMV engine Wingnuts , LoadStar ... used this help ... vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=17988

and they first check the video speed if its too low it crashes, if to high crashes ... but if you set the cycles in your dosbox to 2000 just for this first screen check it goes past it , when you go to the endresult screen Press Y ... then in the Rocket Logo FMV set the cycles to 6000 ...

and the game should work now ...
