Deadly Dozen NFusion / Infogrames 2001

The Deadly Dozen were a special force in WW-2. Published by Infogrames, it can be found in the budget priced game corner. It takes place between 1942-1945. In the beginning of each mission, a couple of men from the whole "dozen" can be chosen (and only them) to lead. Through a briefing, you get to know the mission tasks and with that you choose your teammates carefully. They all differ in abilities like in handling heavy loaded or easily loaded weapons, sniping, sneaking, healing with medical care or setting demolition devices (blasting caps). A good healer is needed in all game skill levels, because even in easy mode the missions are quite tough and also there aren't that many medical packs. It's always possible to take over the teammates which is necessary because sometimes they have trouble in taking the correct way. The graphics aren't that spectacular but do the job properly and fast enough. This is much better compared to Vietnam 2. Also, the mission structures and game elements are quite decently done. You can use vehicles and MG nests. There are plenty of oppertune weapons and also mines to choose from. The teammates can be lead using different orders, like: "hold position", "follow", "hold fire", "fire at will" and others. I did only play 2 missions so far so keep that in mind.
