Eternal Wars is a Christian shooter based on the old Quake 1 engine. You are an angel named Mike sent by God to battle assorted demon spawn. The prize: the soul of a troubled teenager named John Coronado. One dives into his world and tries to defeat from now on his internal demons. This happens in the usual shooter manner with some puzzles. Weapons each have an alternate attack mode and include a dagger, a spirit sword that sends out bolts of light, a crossbow, trinity blast, soul discs, smite, lightning, and frozen shards. Enemies span the spectrum from animal to humanoid types and each is deadly to Mike. Some of them are named Carnvi, Teneb, Agath and Torment. There's 17 different areas of John's mind to journey through with different demons in each. In 2008, it was released as freeware. | ||
