This is a rare Spanish shmup partly in English. Published in an annex to a certain local magazine about computer games. Narrative texts (as opposed to biographies of heroes and interface) are presented in Spanish. The action takes place in 2157, the people of the colonized space, however, are faced with hostile aliens which destroyed the capital and human colonies and Neositi attackers then went to Earth. The player is invited to choose a protagonist from two pilots - a man or a girl with obsessive desire for revenge for the aliens killed the girl's parents - and sitting behind the wheel of a futuristic fighter (each of the characters has his own), you go to destroy a variety of enemies. The species are many adversaries, the number of them are also quite high (at a level of complexity, of which there are three); for the most part it is all sorts of types of flying ships. The many opponents emit their ammunition and are flying at very strange paths. Some of the issued charges remain on the screen after the death of their "parents" for a few seconds, trying to "get" you. Swarms of certain types of enemies approaching you can do "arc reversal" and attack you from the rear. In the middle and end of each level will face a battle with the boss, with the first of them being giant insects! The fighter has a certain margin of safety, and several "lives". Of course, there are also bonuses: green circles with a red dot in the middle will restore "health", a heart gives an extra "life", a white "eye" gives an assistant in the form of small Frisbee, with you attacking enemies (almost at the beginning of the first level you can take two of these helpers). You will soon be able to find new weapons and bonus, temporarily reinforcing the "base" fire. The greatest pleasure is the high quality hand-drawn graphics, a lot of beautiful effects, explosions and really diverse backgrounds locations: tropical village, gloomy cave, open space with a variety of objects, alien city, etc. However, the game is pretty run of the mill and not that difficult. |
