Wings of Prey Gaijin Entertainment / Iceberg Interactive 2009

Wings of Prey is a World War II flight combat simulation from Gaijin Entertainment and an expanded version of IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, which was released on consoles. Wings of Prey, purchased online, comes with two additional aircraft. The campaign mode starts at the Battle of Britain and continues in sequence, moving through chronological order of the war's progress in six theaters of conflict: the Battle of Britain, Stalingrad, Sicily, Korsun, Ardennes, and Berlin, covering over 50 missions. Players fly classic WarBirds such as the P-47D Thunderbolt, P-51D Mustang, Focke-Wulf Fw 190, or Messerschmitt Bf 109 variants. Flight characteristics allow for an arcade gameplay style, in addition to the more traditional flight simulation modes. Many of the common aircraft input devices such as TrackIR, TripleHead2Go, Saitek and Thrustmaster joysticks are supported. In addition to single player combat, the game also offers four modes of multi-player combat online via the yuplay.com service.
