After completing repairs on an old satellite, an astronaut becomes mesmerized by a mysterious black cube that suddenly lurches in space, severing his security cable. Intent on catching the cube in spite of the dangers, his oxygen is almost gone when he finally snares it. There's no chance to return to his own craft, but the cube abruptly teleports him to an unknown spaceship, and now he'll need to find a way to escape and make his way home. It's a slideshow point'n click adventure like Myst. Visit 9 different environments (6 areas on the main spaceship, 2 planets, 1 satellite). It has the benefits of ponctual 360° views for a better immersion. The game presents various 3D movies and is rhythmed with an original soundtrack by Karreo. Walk in the steps of another astronaut, who will help you to find your way. Read his diary to find clues and make the storyline evolve. In Mar/2015, ASA: Remastered Edition was released with a new game engine. New features: play in HD 1920x800 (1024x432 for the original game) - re-rendered all the backgrounds from the original 3D scenes (no photoshop upscale!); developed with Visonaire Studio, allowing more flexibility and stability; added visual aids to identify the hotspots; more translations, no need to patch anymore. | ||
