The Mega download page is just an empty folder and doesn't even transfer to MegaSync. Same thing with the DLC: https://legendsworld.net/adventure/game/7737

Are the links broken or not?

Mega has wiped out bunch of accounts recently. It will take me some time to find and reup all down files.
Just let me know if you want any you find missing for priority, like these one which I have now reupped.
