i notice that the demo at 3dgamers basically includes the full version of the game, only it is time-restricting. does anyone know where to find a patch to override that time limit?

i think maybe replacing the EXE and/or DLL files with the one from the original game cracked *could* do the trick. another idea:
over at gamecopyworld, there is a cracked exe (there are 3, but i would try the one by gimpsRus...)
you could try to backup your old exe, and replace it with the one from GCW....

and: tell me if it works! could be a nice addition to my collection

hmmm...didnt thought of that but that sounds worth trying, will probably take weeks though. or at least someone charitable on a broadband try it out for us

cant help but wonder though, whats so special with the gimps rus crack compared to the others? i wonder if the others could possibly work flawlessly

I tried some others and they worked also. So, there's no special reason for chosing that one.
Well, I took it cause I know they're usually doin' good work. So I wouldn't have to worry about many problems in futue

i cant trust the pirated stores here, theyre selling DC2 in 2 CDs which can only possibly mean one thing, its the PSX version with an emulator . cant find it in the legit stores either

maybe your solution just suffered from some missing reg entry, who knows?
and then you can make a better trial patch than we allready have, right?
