State Of Emergency

Hi, I have a serious problem with this game. Unpacking and installing were fine but now the game runs too fast. :blink:
It's very fast. What can I do to slow down the gameplay or animations. Is there any button like + or - ? :huh:

Or maybe there is an program that can slow down this game.
Please help me out.

How ever. Its running too good. Its very fast.
:huh: Yes like dos games :|

I can't discribe it very good. - The whole gameplay runs very fast. It runs TOO fluently.

ya my brother had the same problem but he plays dos games :P games run like your driving a car at 6666mph


anyways i think its your video card :? but im no computer nerd (i am)

Sounds like a video card problem to me too

Liam(hardwarenerd)oneal here. It sounds like a video card problem to me too. Especially if the game is a win32 one. What kind of card do you have and do you have the latest drivers installed. Sometimes it's not a good idea to upgrade drivers since they add functionality. Also some overclocked machines will do the same thing you describe. You aren't overclocking are you?

No I'm not overclocking.
Got a GForce 4 TI 4200 8X !

State of Emergency has the GTA3 engine, by the way. So it a very got quality. GTA runs fine. But maybe it's because SOE is primarily made for Console.

I don't know :x

Try to install a new Nividia drivers for me it helped

Try running an app like CPU Killer (windows), or Mo'Slo (DOS). It'll slow your PC down, allowing you to play it at legacy speeds.
