Hi.
Wonderful work again. I like that logo, too
It's a pitty I nearly can't read the text on the buttons without zooming in.

Btw. I'm on 1280x1024

yeah, those buttons, when i was making them i was tired... so if id make 'em bigger, they would take too much space, but if smaller, the letters would be too small and hard to read. Ill leave logo as it is, maybe add a peloader.
also ill try to make a new button set tonight and see if it fits the logo.
btw are frame colors and scrollbar good enough? and my rez is 1152X864.
does anyone have statistics what resolution most users run for their monitors?

I have 1024*768

Greetings Sandon

P.S.: We can do a topic, were we ask the visitors for their resolution. But I think 1024*768 and 800*600 are most common.

i think your design is very good..straight to the point, not to bright, easy to navigate...
way to go....nice, simple, and easy to use...who could ask for more then that....

Hello!

@ freakboy: Nice design and I agree, logo ist to big in my opinion.

I've done in the last months a new design and want to post some variations (others came in the next few days) of it.

I hope visitors will vote, what design they prefer (maybe we have to open a new Topic with the diffrent designs done until know), but there is a problem what caused some delays.

I want to do the new site mostly with css. It's easier to change and faster then. I have not much done with css until know, so we need someone who can convert the actual table design (with some changes maybe) to an css one. Until I've learned enough about it, I fear it's summer...

I choosed a design, that is easy and can be used for other legends sites, with some parts changed. It's an advantage, but no must have. So, if people prefer one of freakboys or another, it's ok.

So, here it is:

1) Grey, with some ageing effects (like in old movies or pictures).

2) Sepia-color (to big)
http://meineseite.i-one.at/ua19046/3dlGUIsepia01.html

Sepia-color - In this second version, the Interface is more detailed.

3) A darker one with glowing-effects and complete "textured".

Some little errors at are fixed at newer versions, also the colors of the links are not complete done.

I really like the "3) A darker one with glowing-effects and complete "textured". " one. :)

As for freakboy's design, it looks really cool but I would prefer the interface being trimmed down a bit so it won't overshadow the actual site's content. I.e. the header is just too big for comfortable browsing... ;)

Hello!

Because I've got not as much response, as excepted, I decided to focus now on the css thing. It's still diffyiult for me, because i want to change all the tables with reviews and pics to css without tables. Should go, but I don't know how exact, so I have to learn still a bit. If I know how to do, nearly every design, also the designs from freakboy should work with this css style. Hope I can manage it.
So I hope no one is angry, because I have decided not to go forward with the interface designs (I have done one with more metal look, one with stone and one with clouds - this week), because changes there can also be done after converting the site to css.

If someone is out there who knows much about css, I would be happy for a bit help.
Otherwise I hope you are patient until I know enough to do all by myself.

Greetings Sandon
