A little music help from Germany, maybe Black?

Postby Trey » Fri Jan 01, 2010 11:51 pm

I'm looking for an impossible to find album by the German band Wintermond called Ein Tropfen Seligkeit from 2007.

It's a gothic-y, metal-y, symphonic-y band, might be up Blacks alley.

Also I'm looking for an self-released 4 song EP from the Belgian band Valkyre called Consolamentum. Their music is also folk-y, metal-y, symphonic-y.

dead-meat might be of help in the gothic and metal parts, but not sure about the symphonic-y part. :)

It's freely available here:

Found the link on the myspace page of the band.

Valkyre EP

Looks like you need to go through some registration process though but hopefully it will not be too harsh.

EDIT: Otherwise the band do still have copies of that demo-EP and it can be ordered here:
Code: Select all

Some people are like slinkies... They're not really good for much but they do bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

I saw this site, but it's a scam. "All you have to do to download is complete one of these surveys..." Yeah, that requires you to give up your personal information, like name, address, birth date, telephone number, and it checks them so putting in garbage isn't an option. In the fine print you find out that you've signed yourself up for spam and junkmail forever unless you email a secret code in the fine print to cancel, but you've already signed away your rights so they can do whatever they want with the information they've collected. Bad news, don't fill one of those things out!
