The Brandish 4 Translation v1.0 Link going to 404 nirwana.
Romhack has a Translation "20% patch". Is this the same?

Just checked via Wayback Machine - yep, 'till that site died the only patch posted was the same one currently mirrored at ROMhacking Creators were preparing for the next patch version release, but for reasons unknown all progress updates stopped, and development of this patch seems to be "indefinitely" (5+ years) on-hold, with no one picking it up ever since - too bad
