Here you avoid a lot of bullets and shoot back, but that's easier said than done. A monolith, a spaceship and lots of projectiles flying through the air - that's all that awaits you in this free action game. You can play in the browser or download for free. It was made for a Ludum Dare game jam. It is a shoot 'em up in 3D in which you control a spaceship flying over a monochrome land. In the distance you can see the eponymous monolith that you are flying towards. But to reach it is not that easy, because defense drones appear gradually (they are just black squares) and other hostile flying objects that fire a lot of projectiles in your direction. Not only do you have to dodge the projectiles, which is not as easy as it sounds, but also shoot your opponents. The catch: your target acquisition systems have to capture them first before you can fire your missiles. After all, they are guaranteed to hit. The difficulty level of Monolith is high and to achieve a high score is a real tough challenge. |
