X Battle Line [Ch] GamTec Corporation / King's International Multimedia 2002

An exceptionally invigorating and oddly enough, completely turn-based (!) RPG from a little-known Taiwanese developer, which only produced three products, published in 2002. You will have to sit in the cabin of the most formidable war machines of the future, which are known to many gamers as Manned Giant Fighting Robots, sometimes for short called "méhami". But ... because of the presence there of some female characters with unnaturally large incision eyes will still be technically correct to call these special Japanese steel mechanisms - Gundam. The graphics are very, very pleasant. At a resolution of 640x480 all the colors are smooth, bright and vivid - and in fact there are only 256! Especially shocking are detailed 3D-models of robots, rotating in the "Status" menu. Each robot has its distinctive sound of steel steps. And what colorful special effects arise when they are hit in combat - on half of the screen! All windows, menus and buttons are decorated in the best traditions of the style of "high tech" even with translucency effects. There are some videos as cut-scenes and intro. But the music ... it can only be the most heroic in the game, which tells the story of an uncompromising battle between the pilots on their Gundam ... the game is awarded well-deserved top marks. In principle, Chinese dialogs should not become a hindrance to passage. However, in the signature tables for weapons systems and other useful items made on hieroglyphs - there you, alas, have to learn the language. Although intuitively appointing it is easier to find out in practice: just apply it in action - and see the result. In general, despite the fact that the game is made in Taiwan, all the great fans of Japanese anime culture, this RPG is strongly recommended to try.
