Based upon the classic fairytale, The Three Little Pigs is for children of ages four and up. It can also be viewed either from the Pigs' perspective or the Wolf's, and while each version follows the fairytale, the story has been developed to give it a more modern feel. Throughout the story there are stimulating activities which the children are encouraged to complete, such as building a house out of bricks, or helping the Pigs cross the river. These activities help children develop basic skills such as reading, simple logic and observation. Four different storytelling modes within the disc allow for choice in how the story is told. It can be fully narrated so that children can watch it alone, or text appears under the screen to allow parents to narrate the story themselves. Alternatively, in "karaoke" mode, lyrics to the songs are brought up on screen to enable children to sing along, or you can choose to see the pictures only and make up your own story.
