This is the storyline sequel to Xenoage, released a year earlier. Unlike the first part, the second was not published in Japan in a pornographic edition, although externally and internally it differs little from its predecessor. It's an SRPG that includes features of both strategy and role-playing games, but only Asian. The path to victory itself consists of sequential passage of battles, between which (and sometimes during which) there are plot dialogues. For each mission, tasks are issued, but absolutely all of them boil down to a battle with opponents, and there are two options for winning: the defeat of a specific enemy or in general all, which depends on the specific battle. But the condition of defeat is always the same - the loss of every single one of their characters. But heroes controlled by the player and their opponents are not the only participants in the battles. In some missions, computer-controlled allies will act on your side, which greatly diversifies the tactics of the battle. For example, consider the very first battle in the village. To do this, you need to start the game: select the first menu item (the second is to load the save, the third is to repeat the introductory video, the fourth is to exit) and one of four difficulty levels (arranged in increasing order from left to right). The player controls three heroes. The map also contains enemy soldiers, several armed village guards, civilians, and an elder. After the end of unsuccessful negotiations, the battle begins. Each group will perform its functions: opponents - to attack, guards - to defend, civilians - to flee, headman - to heal.
