This is a 3D team-based doujin (independent) fighting game, based on Fate/Stay Night. Masters (mages from normal world) paired with Servants (legendary heroes, assigned to one of seven classes) fight against each other in the Holy Grail War. The player can select two characters (a Master and a Servant) from Fate/Stay Night - Shirou Emiya, Rin Tohsaka, Sakura Matou, Illyasviel von Einzbern, Kirei Kotomine and Souichirou Kuzuki (as Masters) and Archer, Saber, Berserker, Rider, Assassin, Lancer, Gilgamesh and Caster (as Servants). The game has unlockable characters, like the True Assassin. The selected pair fights on a small arena against other pairs. The heroes can use various weapons (Berserker for example has a giant "swordaxe", Saber uses Excalibur, Lancer has Gae Bolg). The player can change the hero to a second character (except Illya - she just cannot fight), like in Marvel vs. Capcom. |
