This is an SRPG with dating sim elements and lots of cut scenes. This is the followup to Enkan no Monogatari but contains a completely new story. It still maintains the hybrid Dating Sim/RPG elements while giving players a whole new cast of characters to enjoy. You are an angel tasked with bringing peace to the realm. The twist is, you can't interact directly with humanity; instead, you influence the realm by utilizing the faeries and 7 Braves. The searching for heroes to save the world mechanic kind of reminds of Valkyrie Profile, but Favorite Dear doesn’t look as morose and the game uses a standard RPG combat system. The dating sim part comes from talking with Braves to build trust. |
