An old man, shunned by the people of his town, has always stayed on the outskirts of his village. When his son disappears, however, he must enter the town and explore the cave nearby in order to understand what happened. Four Winds Fantasy is an action/RPG presented in the traditional Quikding style. The crude graphics and abstract dialogue combine to give an overall nightmarish feel. The gameplay is simple and roughly-presented, but the short length and multiple endings encourage multiple playthroughs. First released in 2011 on the Xbox Live service under the Indie category. This DX Championship Edition features additional content, like extra characters, facesets and achievements. A 2019 re-release added numerous small changes. |
