Night Watch Racing / Mafia Racing Ad Rem LLC, Psycho Craft Studio / ND Games 2005

This is another game placed in the world created by Russian fantasy writer Sergei Lukyanenko in the trilogy initiated by Night Patrol. Members of both sides of the conflict, the Bright and the Dark, concerned about the increasing number of deaths of their soldiers, banned direct clashes between patrols. In return for this, there was bet on sports competition - title races. The action of the game takes us to the streets of Moscow, which become witnesses of car duels. The representatives of the Dark sit behind the steering wheel of the Western companies' carts, while Dzienny Patrol prefers domestic production. However, in this fight it is not only the driving skills that count, but also the appropriate use of magic. Only a skillful combination of these two factors can guarantee the victory of one of the parties. An additional element diversifying the game is the possibility of temporary hiding in Twilight, where there is no traffic. It offers 6 unique routes and the same number of drivers to choose from, each with different personalities, strengths and weaknesses. The advantages of the game are also realistic driving physics and the existence of various bonuses, making it easier or disturbing to win the race. It is also worth mentioning the presence in the game of Geser and Zawulon, leaders of the Night and Daily Patrol respectively, as well as the modeling of the vehicles on their counterparts from the cinema picture Night Watchtower. It appeared on the market together with a twin position, Day Watch Racing. Both games differ only in the soundtrack, adjusted to the chosen side of the conflict - sitting behind the wheel of the car as Jasny we can listen to Russian rock, while the ears of the Dark caresses gangsta rap.
