Welcome to WonderPark, a playful-didactic environment addressed to develop logical and mathematical capabilities of your children. WonderPark aims at reproducing the children environment actually full of goads, sounds and colors and takes advantage of their confidentiality with all communications technologies: radio, TV, video tape recorder, PC.
Lynx designed and realized an educational software in order to make them perform and consolidate their skills. WonderPark principal feature is to combine the physical and sonorous space. Every object has multimedia features and can be related to the others. Sounds have been involved in the same way as other communication tools. Children have to deal with different difficulties levels and they are encouraged to elaborate strategies to play.
Suggested activities are: recognizing shapes, colors and signs, ranking objects, reasoning and elaborating strategies in order to solve a problem. Every action is however carried out in a playful way: some aliens spacecraft, landed in WonderPark, give children a lot of chances to play. Pictures, like cartoons, act in a virtual space. WonderPark suggests amusement park image, a familiar place where children generally act naturally. Some spacecraft land on our planet and their funny pilots raise up an amusement park. To visit the park you have to navigate with your shuttle. You can easily find the spacecraft-game; if you want to play just get off the shuttle and click the screen. In order to play you have five coins (bonus) and you'll gain more if you'll be able to win the fifth level. You may also choose the game you want to play with, by using the remote control. When you are inside your shuttle you may want to go in the musical lab where you will carry out audio-visual experiments. Every game in WonderPark has five level: to reach higher level your score must be ten points. Every level you need to find out the rule and play. Some aliens created a wonderful amusement park with their spacecraft. In order to let you visit the park and play the marvelous games they gave you a shuttle. Switch it on. |
