The first game localized by G-Collections, and arguably its best-selling title, Japan based distributor JList called it a "landmark for English bishoujo games". You control Shinobu Nakagawa, a new doctor at Saint Michael's General Hospital. Unexpectedly, your foster mother Kaede asks you to be a substitute teacher at the nursing school. There you meet your younger foster sister Momiji and many other young girls. By making decisions at "critical" situations, you can reach one of the many different endings, each one with a different girl. Unlike most other hentai games, you must be monogamous in "Kango Shicyauzo". No matter what girl you choose to be with, you'll have to stick with her until the end! Of course, you can always replay the game afterwards. An English version was released in 2003. Since its second revision, both current Japanese and English versions have Voice Plus! as an additional subtitle to denote the inclusion of original seiyu recordings for characters in the game. | ||
