You have only one aim in this game: to kill as many deer as possible, being able to kill your prey from point blank range to up to 100 yards' distance. With each hunt you complete, your hunting abilities increase so you can become more cunning and personalise your own gun. You hunt on huge maps covering more than five square miles in swamps, farmland, northern forests and mountains in world-class hunting locations such as Alabama, Iowa, Quebec, Wyoming and British Columbia. Players will have a large variety of sporting arms to choose from that include guns, bows, and handguns. Providing the ultimate hunting experience, Deer Hunter 2003 allows players to use such equipment as grunt calls, scents, binoculars, and tree stands. Players wanting fast action will love the new "Quick Hunt" feature. Other exciting new features include a video camera for recording and sharing hunts with fiends over the Internet, and a tutorial mode that helps first time players enjoy Deer Hunter.
