1st Prototype Speedmapping Map Jam for the Quake 2 Remaster, focusing on an open ended "space station" theme,hosted by the Map-Center Discord server. The Jam ran from January 5th to January 7th, 2024. It had the following requirements: 1. Texture Set - sixsik6 prototype texture pack; 2. Design - must be space station inspired. Do what you think would be cool! Try to focus on gameplay instead of aesthetics. Custom skyboxes are allowed; 3. SFX - Custom music and sounds are allowed; 4. Objectives - Include at least 2 objectives and 1 secret in your map; 5. Nav mapping is encouraged but not required; 6. Map must point back to "protojam1_start". |
