Sky Arena is a multiplayer shoot 'em up in which you pilot a jet fighter to battle either against three of your friends, in local couch-multiplayer, or online against the rest of the world. You can even bring your friends to the servers and play 4 player split-screen online. Remember, or learn for the first time, what couch multiplayer is all about: Huddling together with three of your friends as you smack one of them in his face, because he was peeking at your screen. Watching them cringe with rage while you place the perfect bomb at the perfect place with perfect timing, wiping every single one of them out. You will be using a multitude of different weapons, manoeuvres and planes to show your friends - and the world - who the best pilot is in the Sky Arena. Get pumped by the 90’s action series style soundtrack. Fight on 4 differently designed planets. Hunt highscores in the single-player Trench Run Mode. Very tight gamepad controls (Xbox 360 and PS3 support). Choose between different jets and characters. Collect pick-ups to switch between different weapons, to gain bombs and to recover your health. Do a barrell roll! Eventually, many different game modes (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Base, Racing, etc.) will be available, customizable ships, characters and weapon loadouts, and loads of in-game items (skins, voice packs, weapons, etc). |
