This game takes place in a combat arena where you battle with highly
trained assassins, all trying to be the only survivor. There are 6 arenas
and assorted weapons like a pistol, plasma rifle, protein denaturer,
and rocket-propelled grenade launcher. Idigicon helps out amateur game
designers with viable games that are fun but otherwise much less advanced
than commercial games by providing help, advice and the opportunity
to be published. In 2016, a planned remake by Nala Creations called Metal Redux released a 1-level playable demo but the full game was never completed. It uses FPS engine created in DarkBasic Professional and added two player splitscreen, controller support and new gameplay mechanics such as radars and regenerative health. It has three AI bots to fight against (two in splitscreen mode). The kill count can be set from the options menu, as can several other gameplay and graphical settings, including paintball mode. |
