Similar in intent to America's Army, this shooter was a promotional tool designed to build more interest in the United States Navy. It places you on a top secret mission to recover the Gorgon Box located inside of a downed unmanned spyplane by piloting a remote controlled underwater submersible called an Nmech and navigate a fantastic world of undersea caves, dangerous fish and enemy subs.. Your opposition is also highly interested in this Gorgon Box and the secrets its holds. It is a race against time, the dangerous environment and an unrelenting enemy. Players must determine how to outfit the submersible. They must gauge their fuel requirements and decide at what speeds to travel in order to remain covert. As they progress through the game, they will come across links to the Navy site. There will be times when they can back and forth to navy.com to get answers to questions that allow them to get maximum fuel or unlimited weapons. | ||
