The game is based on a popular mod, which is now getting an official release. In this newest addition to the Painkiller Universe, the player will continue the story of Daniel and Belial as they joined forces for the first time to end the bloody conflict between heaven and hell. You will discover all new maps, fight off literally thousands of demonic fiends, and lose yourself in the intense gameplay rounded off with an absorbing heavy metal soundtrack. Adding some tactical play to the proceedings are unlockable Tarot Cards, which you can get as you complete your objectives in each level. These will come into play by (presumably) giving you special abilities. You'll also be able to collect the souls of your fallen enemies to temporarily transform into a might demon. It has 7 to 10 hours of playtime, better graphics with detailed ambiance, over 6000 enemies, more than any previous Painkiller game! Up to 1000 monsters per map ensure an intense battle with the army of hell. You can play the characters Belial and Daniel. It also has better AI – there is nowhere to hide! |
