This high frequency shooting maul fest is just the ticket Resident Evil fans can appreciate. The advergame promotes the movie Resident Evil: Retribution by giving players an opportunity to stay alive as long as possible. The goal could not be simpler: you must eliminate as many of the undead within a period of two minutes. The zombies will go after you (in the role of protagonist Alice), and touching you they will take your energy, which is always shown at the top left of the screen and regenerates every second you are not touched. Strategic use of shots from a top down perspective make the game especially fun to play. You start wielding a machine gun with infinite ammo and laser sights, but can find other weapons along the way, as a 12-gauge shotgun or even a launcher explosives. Check on the volume setting if it is off, the audio track is worth cranking up. Pick a city to play (Tokyo, New York and Moscow) and the carnage begins. At the end of each round, it gives you a summary of your performance, which includes the number of zombies exterminated, the percentage of accuracy, the amount of times you died and the longest streak of undead eliminated.
