This is a free shooting game, a third person 80's badass simulator built by five students in Unity3d, where the player shoots, boosts, and ignores gravity to proclaim their manly dominance against the evil Onyx Cross in the center of a raging space battle. It won the prize for Best Final Project for their graduating class. The player takes on the title here in the form of Major, armed with guns and jet boots. Our task will be to survive the battle with numerous enemies, whom we encounter traversing territories. Still trudging forward, our only form of action will be killing enemies and avoiding their fired missiles, finding what shoes will prove useful to over come the laws of gravity. The game is characterized by refined graphics and a spectacular physics engine. the explosions are plenty, but what gives the game its kick is what happens when the player boosts off ramps, allowing a bullet-time like mode to destroy dozens of enemies or a few key explosive barrels. |
