This freeware RPG is based on the Cthulhu Mythos stories created by H.P. Lovecraft. It concerns Herbert Angel returning to Dunwich only to discover that a cult has stolen the Necronomicon from display at a library and intends to use to call upon unspeakable evils that once roamed the earth. Made using RPG Maker XP, the game right off the bat lets you have complete freedom to explore the town of Dunwich and can at any time choose to continue the investigation that will eventually lead you to a showdown with the cult named The Esoteric Order Of Cthulhu. For those of you who've ever wanted to see an almost flawless merger of Lovecraft and Final Fantasy, you're in luck. |
