This is a series of "episodes" based upon the "Slender: The Eight Pages" game which has triggered several fan-made projects based on the same mythos. It shares the same gameplay elements as the original - you must complete the objective while avoiding the enemy. There were initially seven different maps: Sanatorium, Hospice, Elementary, Mansion, Claustrophobia, 7th Street, Prison. The series was run on donations. For every $150 donated, Steene and Burgess produce a new map on the FPS Creator engine. In Jan/2013, the maps were converted to Unity engine along with Carnival and Christmas Special and released as a commercial game for $5. |
