You Don't Know Jack Jellyvision Games, Inc. / Jackbox Games 2012

This represents a comical take on TV quiz shows and has featured several different games across the years. The questions themselves are often asked in unconventional ways. This particular iteration integrates "social" elements, such as comparing the player's results with friends' scores or those of random people from Facebook. The game also implements a microtransaction system. Normally, the player can play one episode daily for free. However, additional episodes can be unlocked either by paying real money or spending some of the tokens won after each of the previously finished episodes. There are also other things to acquire: enhancers that inflate scores, achievement unlockers and peckers that remove wrong answers from a question. The player must always answer to a series of five questions, which together form an episode. Most of them are simple multiple-choice questions. Departing from this formula is "Dis or Dat", where the goal is to determine which category does the displayed phrase belong to. The fifth challenge is always "Jack Attack": depending on the initial clue, the player is supposed to match correctly two phrases or words, as they pop up on the screen. While it would appear that five other Facebook persons compete against the player in real time, the game actually uses their recorded answers from their past progression through the respective episode. This version periodically introduces new original episodes, some are theme-based, others are guest-based. Guest episodes have players compete against a particular celebrity. During them, the show's host "Cookie" Masterson talks and jokes with him or her as if in a regular TV or radio show. The iOS and Android mobile game versions allow cross-platform play with the Facebook application. On October/2013, the game was made free to everyone.
