DeLight tells the story of a blind girl, a stray dog, and their unexpected journey during wartime. DeLight is an episodic storytelling game that puts you in the shoes of a wartime civilian. Play as Sammy, a little girl who is determined to reunite with her parents despite of her blindness. With the world becoming unkind, keeping her going is her unlikely companion: a stray dog named Deli, her only delight left in this world. Features: Explore the world through the lens of a blind girl as she travels across the war-ridden city, using her imagination to paint a picture of the environment she is in. Make difficult choices, these choices will affect the story of the game. You will determine the fate of Sammy and the lives she crossed path with. Companion dog that assists you throughout the journey. Sneak past soldiers, track paths, and most important of all - gives player emotional support. A war story that focuses on the lives of the civilians. Live among other civilians from all walk of lives going through the same hardship. Chapter 2 (Nov 19) Sammy finds herself in a temporary shelter where she lives among total strangers and reunites with a few familiar faces. In this new environment, Sammy has to prepare herself to the changes that happened. Will she be able to find her footing again before getting to her parents? Chapter 3 (Nov 19) Sammy finds herself in a dilemma whether to accept the help of someone suspicious or find a way out on her own. Throughout, Sammy learns more about her limitation and relies more on the support given by Deli the stray dog. Will their teamwork prepare them for the journey ahead? Chapter 4 (Nov 19) after leaving the shelter, Sammy and Deli finds themselves struggle to make the journey possible. They come to a post office who desperately in need of help making some deliveries. Sammy agrees to help in return for a car ride but what lies ahead may not be that simple. Chapter 5 (Nov 19) Sammy and Deli continue their journey to Grand Central station, just one train ride away from leaving the war-torn state. A gunfight ensues where a group of rebels are fighting over the control of the train station. After coming so far, the duo has to do everything they can to get on the train. Can they leave together safely, or will the war get the better of them? | ||
